Refund policy

It is extremely important to us that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase  and the care instructions we have provided you with. If  for any reason that is not the case, please contact us before leaving a review or returning an item and we will do our very best to address any concerns you may have. 

Once you have received your order, you have 14 days to contact us to request a cancellation , then a further 14 days to return the item(s) to us for a refund or exchange.

Items that are made to order or personalised or whose prices fluctuate due to market activity beyond our control are exempt from this policy and therefore may not be eligible for return / refund. In all cases the item must be returned in its original unworn condition with presentation box.  For hygiene reasons this policy does not apply to earrings. We cannot accept liability for any items that are lost in transit. We therefore advise that you use an appropriate / tracked postal service to return your order. Please also ensure that your return postal address is clearly marked on the back of the packet and our returns authorisation number on the front.

Our jewellery is handmade to the highest standards.  Over time natural wear will occur e.g tarnishing, scratches, wear/friction marks in line with frequency of use. We will not replace or refund any item that has incurred natural wear, accidental damage or if our jewellery care instructions have not been followed. Damage incurred due to faulty workmanship within 6 months of the original purchase date will be repaired free of charge. We reserve the right to replace any such items with a suitable alternative if the original item cannot be repaired.  In all cases the items(s) will need to be returned to us and we will advise you of the repair / replacement procedure.

Please contact us before returning any item so we can provide you with the correct address and returns number.

Unauthorized returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 50% of the original purchase value.
