Who owns Coast Jewellery ?

Coast Jewellery® is a registered trademark of Coast Jewellery Design which was established in 2015. It is family business based in North Yorkshire, UK.

When will my order be dispatched ?

Coast jewellery is handcrafted / made to order. Typically our special birthday gifts & bracelets are dispatched in 2-3 business days and rings take approximately 5 working days. If you need an item sooner, please get in touch via the contact form before placing your order and we will advise accordingly.

What delivery options do you offer ?

We offer Standard Delivery (2-3 working days) and 1st class( 1-2 working days).

Can I send my order to an alternative address ?

We are able to deliver to an alternative address, please let us know if this is something you wish to do during checkout.

Are orders sent with pricing information ?

No, all orders are sent in plain packaging and without invoices or pricing information.

How do I track my order ?

All orders are sent by either Royal Mail Tracked 48 or Tracked 24. You will receive a tracking reference number which can be used on Royal Mail's website to track your order.

Does Coast Jewellery have a physical store ?

Not currently, we are an online business with stores on Etsy - CoastJewelleryDesign and here at coastjewellery.com

Do you accept returns / exchanges ?

Yes we have a 14 day return policy which starts from the day your order is delivered. If you would like to return or exchange and item, please use the contact form to get in touch.

Are all items hallmarked ?

Articles below a certain weight are exempt from UK hallmarking. The exemption weight is based on the weight of the precious metal in the article, excluding stones etc.  For silver this weight is 7.78g and therefore only items above this weight will be hallmarked.

What is the warranty period on your jewellery ?

Damage incurred due to faulty workmanship within 6 months of the original purchase date will be repaired free of charge. We reserve the right to replace any such items with a suitable alternative if the original item cannot be repaired.  In all cases the items(s) will need to be returned to us and we will advise you of the repair / replacement procedure. Please note we will not replace or refund any item that has incurred natural wear, accidental damage or if the item has been altered in any way.

Can I exchange an item ?

We do not offer direct exchanges but you are welcome to return your order within 14 days of delivery for a refund. You can then place a new order.

Do you offer a gift wrapping service ?

No, we don't currently offer a gift wrapping service.
